How to book and use your account at Great Dog Academy.
Book a service
Book a service the store offers and pay any deposit online.
Book
- Open Services and choose one. Before you book on its page says what there is to pay, how far ahead you can cancel, and any vaccinations it needs.
- Press Book.
- Choose where, any add-ons, and your dog and its Size.
- If the service needs vaccinations, enter each expiry date — or, where the store allows it, tick that you will bring proof at drop-off.
- Pick a time — that holds it for you while you review the booking.
- On the review page, press Confirm booking or pay the deposit.
- Your time is held while you finish, and the review page says until when; Change the time takes you back with your choices kept. Cancel far enough ahead and the store refunds your deposit; the review page says how far.
- Once your booking is confirmed, its page says how to change or cancel it.
- Your bookings are under Bookings in your account, with Add to your calendar on each confirmation.

Your dogs, your orders, your details and your password, all in one place.
Your dogs
- In My Dogs:
- + Add a dog or Edit one.
- Archive hides a dog you no longer need here; Unarchive brings it back.
Your details
- In My details, set your name, phone and delivery address and press Save my details.
Your password
- Open Security.
- Enter your Current password and the new one.
- Press Change password.
- If a store keeps its own notes about you or your dogs, your account says so — never what they say.
- If your account cannot check something just now, it says so rather than showing nothing. Reload to try again.
About the store
The About page is the store’s own story, with each of its locations, their hours, and how to get in touch.
Signing in
An account is optional — you can use the store as a guest, and create one at the end.
Create an account
- Press Create account on the sign-up page, then follow the link in the email we send.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?.
- Enter your email and press Send reset link.
Ask the store’s helper
The chat button at the bottom right of the page answers questions about what the store offers and your dog.
Ask
- Open the chat, type your question and press Send.
- It suggests only what the store offers. For anything about your dog’s health, ask your vet.
