Shipping and delivery

We do not ship by mail or courier. What you order or book with us is collected at, delivered from, or takes place at one of our locations.

Visits and stays

• A booking takes place at the location you chose when you booked; its address and hours are on your confirmation. Please arrive at the time booked, and for a stay, drop off and pick up within the location's hours.
